Came here for my birthday and was able to book a room at a great rate after other plans fell through. Parish was extremely friendly, helpful and considerate in our interaction. We stayed on the blue floor which I highly recommend. The hotel was weird, quirky and artsy and absolutely perfect for my partner and I. Not to mention everything we did activity wise was within 10 min of the room. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again!

If you have the choice to stay anywhere else then do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The hotel wants to advertise as a boutique experience but the only thing that separates them from a Super 8 or Days Inn caliber hotel is the fact that the rooms are painted different colors. Then upon checkout, they had the audacity to charge $25 for littering and yet there is no one who can tell me what was left behind. The woman could only tell me that the person who put the charge on my room said that garbage was left in the lounge area and there was nothing she could do about it. Save your money and go elsewhere. A Motel 6 would be a better location than this dump of a hotel.

We chose this hotel because it is so close to VA hospital where my husband was scheduled for a day of pre-op and a day of surgery. Loved the vibe of the design. Great artwork. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was tight but adequate. Hotel rooms are mainly for sleeping and showering. I recommend to hotel management to add lighting around doorway/coffee machine area. Loved the look of the shower but my husband slipped in the shower and fell hard. Floor is very slick when wet and there are no grab bars. ADD GRAB BAR! We are lucky the glass shower door did not break. He was injured. It was one more thing for VA hospital to handle besides his heart surgery. I would give it a 5 if not for shower.

I'll be honest, when I first pulled up I got American Horror Story: Hotel vibes. It's definitely an odd hotel but my overall experience there was good. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean (and was all one color). The rooftop lounge was a great place to take in the skyline and have a drink. I don't know if they had room service because I usually bring my own snacks and what not. The location was convenient, however; I wouldn't go strolling around at night or solo. It's literally on the edge of the neglected part of town. And $17/night for parking was a little shock when I checked in. Just make it a set fee or free.

Such a beautiful hotel. We had a blue room. So cute. I loved the art work in the hotel. All were for sale as well. The roof top bar is small but the views at night are amazing. Not many options for lunch or dinner. You can see the Arch glowing the surrounded glass windows. Definitely would like to go back.
